
1 packet Vega Performance Protein - vanilla
1/2 cup prepared and cooled Teeccino - vanilla nut
1/2 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon coconut oil (good fats)
1/2 cup young coconut meat (mine was frozen)
1/4 - 1/2 cup frozen chopped bananas (not pictured)
Dash of cinnamon
Add everything into the blender, and blend. I love the coconut vanilla coffee flavor, and it's a great way to start your day or a good recharge after a workout.
